About David

My work and my life are guided by my faith in Jesus Christ. I believe in integrity,

stewardship, and servicing others with honesty and excellence. These values

shape how I approach my home watch business and every professional

responsibility I take on.

I grew up in Pewaukee and have lived in the Lake Country area for most of my

life. Being part of this community has given me a deep appreciation for the

people, homes, and values that make this area special. I believe that caring for

someone’s home is a responsibility that goes beyond a checklist, it’s an act of

trust and commitment.

I was raised around general construction, working alongside my father, who

owned and operated a small construction business specializing in concrete. From

a young age, I learned the importance of doing things the right way, taking pride

in honest work, and being accountable for what you build and maintain. Those

lessons align closely with my faith and continue to guide how I operate today.

My professional career started through my apprenticeship with the mechanical

insulator’s union, Heat & Frost Insulators Local 19 ion Pewaukee, WI. I spent 13

years working as a mechanical insulator. Over time, I advanced to the role of

foreman, where I was responsible for leadership, quality control, safety, and

coordination across job sites. That experience reinforced the importance of

diligence, attention to detail, and responsibility in my professional and personal

life.

Today, I work as a project manager/estimator for a mechanical insulation

company, overseeing projects from planning through completion. This role

requires organization, clear communication, and foresight. These skills are ones

that directly translate into effective and dependable home watch services.

My long-term goal is to make this home watch business my full-time calling. I

view this work as a form of service, watching over homes with care, honesty, and

consistency. I strive to treat every property as I would my own, and every client

as I would want my own family treated. Every client deserves respect,

transparency, and faith-driven integrity.

About Samantha

I grew up in Pewaukee and similar to David, have lived in the Lake Country area most of my life. This was an area that I knew I wanted to raise my children in as an adult due to the sense of community and friendship I felt growing up in my neighborhood.

Following my childhood dream of being a nurse when I grew up, I went to Concordia University after high school and obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I started my nursing career working as a nurse on an inpatient eating disorder unit where I cared for individuals in their most vulnerable times for roughly five years. I then transitioned into a nurse leadership role, where my servant and transformational leadership style helped me develop and lead a team of nurses and technicians providing care to our patients and their families. This experience is where I developed a passion for encouraging healthcare teams, fostering an environment of resilience, and creating an environment where individuals felt valued, supported and empowered to provide exceptional care.

As our children grew out of infancy and toddlerhood and started school, I went back to obtain my Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus on leadership and administration. I am now working as a Chief Nursing Officer at a healthcare facility providing inpatient psychiatric care to adolescents through adulthood. My work is grounded in accountability, compassion and a deep commitment to building a culture of trust among my staff and the patients that we serve.

As the co-founder of Still Waters Home Watch, I am dedicated to caring for homes with the same diligence, integrity, and peace of mind as I do in my professional career. I am able to apply my expertise in safety oversight, risk prevention, communication and operational excellence into my approach of serving homeowners, vacationers, and seasonal residents within the community.
